What Small Features Would Instantly Improve Pokémon Legends: Z-A?

I think small quality-of-life features can sometimes improve Pokémon games more than giant new mechanics.

Some features I’d love to see in Pokémon Z-A are:

faster menu navigation
better Pokémon box organization
more detailed shiny effects/sounds
easier ways to find rare Pokémon
improved online trading
better map tracking for quests and collectibles
more outfit customization
faster leveling after finishing the main story
better ways to sort competitive Pokémon
easier access to evolution items
visible spawn timers for rare encounters
custom battle themes/music selection

I’d also like more community features online, like:

trade rooms
shiny showcase rooms
battle spectating
easier team sharing codes

More story and to dive deeper into many of the things that got brought up but never explored

Just so you know the point of "rare pokemon" is so they can be rare and hard to find. We dont need them to be easyer.

I don't think smallchanges could ever fix Z-A, only major changes could do the trick like completely reworking the city and properly fleshing it out with lots of buildings yoh can enter and explore. My major criticism of the city was that itfelt more like a shell of a city and not really like a city that people live in, pretty much every store is a glorified UI and only very few places can actuallybe entered.
