Wall Activity Accessible But Not Shown on Public Activity Section

Ok, basically I want to reopen my wall again. But every time I try to do so, the wall's activity ends up in the "activity link" that supposedly shows all activities on open (not private) walls in one big long "feed" so you can just scroll through all the activities of multiple people at once instead of clicking the "view profile" for each person individually and only seeing that wall.
Funny thing is, that most wall activity for most people are in fact NOT on that "feed". Mine wasn't and I don't believe yours is either, however once I made my wall temporarily private then reopened it back up a few days later, someone noticed ALL my stuff now shows on the feed. I don't like that because it makes it too easy for people to target me, so that is why my profile is still private. I feel if you really want to read my wall then a couple extra steps to do so is acceptable and will limit random people who wouldn't normally look at me from flagging me because they don't like the convos we have there or because they just don't like me.
So now, I'm trying to figure out how to open my wall back up to the same way it was before the.... unresolved (as of this moment) "issues".
