13 Part 1
Thur was thinking to himself about Vee, she should've been an easy catch. Thur was the one who kept her from getting hurt more, he was the one who informed Devil to keep her safe! After all that he did she still didn't care about him, she cared about that Devil guy more! Sure Thur couldn't go himself and teach his friends some manners, he had to keep good relations. But the audacity of Devil to not only take my advice but to make himself the little hero of the story! Thur was furious, he decided to make a call to Zane and set things straight, after all Zane has nothing to lose anymore.
"Hey Zane, I heard that you got ratted on." Thur listens "...Listen, your weasel friend that got you out of the race is trying to make himself a little hotshot on the school newspaper...Yeah, it's lover boy... That is good to hear, see ya."
Thur hangs up and leaves the school with an evil smile on his face.
---Later---
Zane got Jay and Charz to wait outside of the school for who they believe is the one that snitched. After some time their target comes out from detention.
"If it isn't my good friend Devil, fancy seeing you here...?" Zane says to the target.
The trio were waiting for Devil, they knew he had gotten detention so they didn't have to worry about any crowds.
"Hey look, it's the Backstreet Boys! How lucky am I to get a special visit from the school's top celebrities!" Devil says with a chuckle.
"After what you did to me last time, I think we ought to return the favor. We can't just leave our school hero out of the fun..." Zane signals to his thugs and they grab Devil and take him to a more secluded part of the school. Zane and Jay are taking turns beating up Devil while Charz is watching. Charz is wondering why they are being so cruel to Devil, sure he messed up their plans and jumped Zane but he doesn't deserve this. Zane was finishing up and Devil could barely move, but as Zane is walking away he hears laughing from behind him. The laughing is weak, but Devil knows that it will get under Zane's skin.
"You want more you little Weavile?" Zane says with a menacing look "Haven't had enough?"
"Heh... I think I get it now..." Devil says with a weak grin "Thur can't stand that Vee couldn't care less about him!" Devil bursts into a mad laughter "That girl saw how much of a lowlife thug he is that he wanted me out of the picture! But hey it seems that you three are no better than him! Even Mr. Nice Guy Charz is just as much of a lowlife as you! Why even try going after Vee, you guys are a perfect friggin match!"
Over the laughter Zane was fuming with rage and called over Charz "Charz, use Flamethrower and shut him up!"
"But Zane, isn't that going a bit too far?"
"Charz, are you one of us? We have a reputation to uphold, we can't have little stains like him insulting us like that!" Zane says "If you don't do this get out of my face and join those losers!"
Charz thought for a moment about his new friends. On one hand he has everything he has ever wanted, he is finally one of the top MVP's and is a school celebrity. On the other hand he has become a bully, someone despicable. "I have made my choice."
Charz walks up to Devil, and picks him up. "Gonna finish the job, huh? Seems like they-" Before Devil can finish his sentence Charz grabs Devil and soars to the sky, rushing him to the nearest hospital.
As Charz was flying away Zane and Jay just stood there, watching Charz go. "You were right Jay, he wasn't cut out to be one of us." Zane says to Jay "Now it seems we have a new problem to deal with."
---Meanwhile---
At the local hospital Charz runs in and brings a half-conscious Devil to the emergency area "You'll be in good hands here."
"Maybe, maybe not. But man I didn't expect you to flip like that." Devil says "I guess you weren't evil enough to be one of them, what a lucky break!" Devil laughs in relief and smiles with whatever energy he has left as he passes out.
A doctor came by with a stretcher, the doctor was a Blissey with a nametag that says 'Dr. Chell Saleon'. She takes a look at Devil "He looks pretty beat up but it's nothing that can't be recovered from, any more and it would have been a different story. Can you tell me his name."
"His name is Devil Montesano."
"Alright, I will contact his parents and he should be out by tomorrow the latest." Dr. Saleon says as she takes Devil away.
Charz takes a seat, wondering what would have happened to Devil if he didn't bring him in. Charz wonders what would have happened if he would have listened to Zane and finished off Devil, how much of a terrible person he would have been for that. Charz then remembers how he treated his old friends, Sire, Gwen, Tric, Aquaria, and especially Vee. Charz remembers the terrible things he said about her, how he painted her as some stupid obsessive fangirl when she was the only one who really cared about her. Charz couldn't hold it in anymore, he started crying into his hands, crying about how he gave up the only friends who actually cared about him for a chance in the limelight. Charz was inconsolable.1 -
Monsta I am sure it's great but I'll read tomorrow.
