Which Pokémon feels like it’s in its “main character growth arc”?

Some Pokémon just look like they’re in the middle of figuring things out. Not fully evolved, not fully settled, but clearly on their way somewhere. That in-between stage where things are changing. Which Pokémon gives you that “work in progress” energy, and why?

Some of the Pikaclones. I honestly really like the designs of Pachirisu and Dedenne, but I'm fed up of them living in Pikachu's shadow and think they need an evo to improve their stats and uniqueness.

This question is weird. Aren't they all striving to become better as a main character? Everyone is the main character in their story. Following that logic every pokemon is the main character of their own story.
