Technically Lopunny is Normal but not always Normal (usually Normal), can learn Close Combat, and has a Hidden Ability, and Skiploom is the second Grass/Flying in the dex and is part of the first four generations and its highest base stat is Speed

Um technically my guess for number 2 should be right. Articuno was the first and only Ice/Flying type in Generation 1. Generation 2 introduced the 2nd in Delibird and Delibird’s strongest stat is its Speed stat. I’ll think about number one some more but it involves the Protean ability or utilizing a gimmick(Mega Evolution or Terastalization and the last one could permit Farfetch’d to do it if it was in Gen 9).

Then who would it be? Dark/Ice is only used by the Sneasel line and Weavile’s best stat is its Speed and came two Generations later in Sinnoh so could it be that one? As for the first one.. it has to be a Mega Evolution given it probably loses Normal typing. Of the new ones, only one that matches the criteria is Staraptor.
