First one that came to mind on number 1 was Arceus but then I don’t think it can learn Close Combat, Ditto Silvally so honestly you got me stumped here given it cannot be Ditto or Smeargle. Unless I’m overthinking it and it was a Pokémon that was a Normal type but changed typing. Only Pokémon that meets that criteria is Clefairy line. Either that or it’s Jigglypuff because it gained Fairy typing. If it’s none of those I’m truly stumped and/or brain dead.
Number 2 feels like Delibird since it’s the second Pokémon to get Ice/Flying with Articuno being the first. As for number three, I’m not sure but probably a galarian variant. Only one that comes to mind is Zorua.
