1 you can only have single strike pokemon.
2 the format is to black and white
3 you must have more then 6 signal strike trainers
4 max energy is 6.
5 no rule box pokemon.

I can't play TCG Live (my country doesn't support Live), but I can build decks on Limitless. After building, I'll post it for reference.
(Are you going to restrict any cards? Some cards used in Expanded can't be played on Live.)
