[Mobile Game] Controller support
Hi hope everyone is good. I loved to play Pokemon Unite with my Nintendo Switch.
Unfortunately I don't own a Nintendo Switch no more and wanted to have fun on the mobile game. But I I'm discovering the game still doesn't support gamepads/controllers input...
It's sad because I love to spend time in this game and controller/gamepad support shouldn't be an issue.
Can we have more informations on that ? I think a lot of people would be happy to have that on mobile app !

Have you figured out how to connect your controller to your phone on general?

Yeah, so if you first figure out how to connect your controller at all, that should solve it. I have to physically plug my ps3 controller into my phone with a USB b to usb c adapter on top of the regular USB from my controller in order for the Bluetooth to work.

I got a 20$ blutooth switch one on amazon it works wonderful hasn't broke for 3 years and I use it all the time.

So I have this controller and it definitely works for other games but doesn't with pokemon unite
Anyone know why?

I think its because its a X box controler and you might be mising buttons.

We've tried connecting controllers to mobiles via adapters and while it works for other games and emulators, it does not work yet for Unite. Just tried a few days ago. We're aiting for that update also.

The game developers don’t support controllers on mobile devices besides nintendo switch because they are lazy and don’t care about competitive fairness.
Unfortunately, there is no official way to play with a gamepad unless you own a nintendo switch.

I dropped the game years ago due to lack of controller support.
Too bad for the developers because I would have spent money on the game. Sadly, they don’t care about the players :(
