Mewtwo Y has had the ability to bully and win against 3 v 1 with all level 10's. Trying to push Mewtwo Y away with a blastoise has been imposible (Im Veteran 3 rank, Was veteran 2, almost veteran 1 until I ran into back to back to back to back to back...etc Games with mewtwo Y and have lost all of them.)
