Problem with "Red" Trainer card
Was using a Skarmory against a Solgaleo EX, used the "red" trainer card to add +20 damage to an attack against a pokemon EX. I attacked, but my attack still only did 20 damage (skarmory's base damage amount) instead of 40.

Volkner Bug
Hello, when I try to use the Volkner Trainer card sometimes when in use instead of giving two energy like the card states it will only give out one when you have your Luxray at play. This has cost me a couple games unfortunately. But, figured this was a bug and might as well report it. Cheers!

Please let us open all promo packs at once
Title says it all. I don't wanna open promo packs one by one. It's supper annoying and sucks the fun out of me. I usually do the events at once and when I want to open the promo packs it takes supppper long. Please fix this

Confused about transfering to pocket tcg
so, i had an really old account for the tcg online. It was maybe 8-9 years ago. I had some really special cards. Tcg pocket has reinvigorated my joy of the game. But on my phone, i am struggling to find even that online version or account, or if it was an app on my laptop, its been so long… how can i get those old cards…

im starting to notice patterns of potential hacks, bots, and/or bad algorithm… one time i got 15 tails flips in a row, but any time an opponent flips a coin 90%, its heads. Its always at the perfect opportunity too. Ill need one more move to win, and they magically get 5 heads for whatever power they need to ruin what took…

Make "minor" promo cards tradable 🙏😭🙏
I just missed the Chansey Choice Event because it was NOWHERE saying that it ends soon. I ecpected tomorrow because of the season ending on that date... 😠😠😠 I got every promo card so far, only missing the Pachirisu now 😭😭😭 So PLEASE make these "minor" non exklusive (like Shiny Mewtwo etc.) promo cards tradable 🙏🙏🙏

Got 3 points but lose !!
Why got same 3 points same with opponent but I lose if I have no pokemon left on bench? I think it should be tie instead of lose becoz the points are equally.
