Error 102-114-013 - unable to access gift box

since this morning (1 Feb), I cannot enter the gift box. Once I touch the icon an error message pops out, which say

Error

Error code:102-114-013

An error has occurred.

To Title Screen

and forces me back to the title screen. Therefore I cannot claim any gift including battle thanks or pokegold bonus. I tried clearing and redownloaded cache but it doesn’t fix that. Please let me know what could be done
