I spent the last hour looking for a match with no luck. I’d wait five min then retry. For an hour. I am very frustrated.

Avatars should be removed
I think the avatars we currently have in game should be removed, they are awful and embarrassing. Also there is no reason to also have them constantly show up while in a match. They serve no meaningful purpose, that space could be used to increase the size of the board so we can actually have full-sized Pokemon in the…

I was deducted credits and didn't get the cards
I tried twice exchanging credits for two "Surfing Pikachu V" I got an "Exhange failed" screen however the credits were deducted and I didn't receive the cards

I didn't get the card I paid for
I had 505 credits and tried to exchange 400 for the promo version of oricorio (fire). However, The credits were consumed and the card did not appear in my inventory.

Unable to find games
It seems like matchmaking is broken again. I'm completely unable to find any games now. A back-end server update fixed a similar issue a while ago but it seems like we're back where we were before that update. I've had to create a brand new PTCGO account just to play the game...

Are the servers supposed to be down, or is it just me?
I don't think the servers are working, it appears as if it is impossible to play any games except to test a deck against the AI.

Pokemon fused when being promoted
I had used two metal saucers to power up my benched Dialga Vstar. I then used a Scoop Up net to pick up my active Mew and when I selected Dialga Vstar to become my new active, both Dialga Vstar and Radiant Greninja jumped on top of each other into the active spot. Galarian Mr. Rime V ASR 049 - Wrong Attack Cost
The Customized Cane attack should cost [W][W][C] like it is printed on the card. Currently the attack only costs [W] on ptcgl. It's a fun buff to the fusion strike archetype to mess around with on the casual ladder.

Why have all of my shop tokens and tournament tickets been wiped clear?
I know this has happened to several people, if not all. What is the problem here? And when can we expect to see our accounts returned to normal?

Lumineon V able to activates its ability again on bench
I played lumineon V going second on turn 1, grabbing a supporter from my deck, and attached a balloon to it. The next turn, I played shopping centre stadium, and attempted to retrieve the balloon attached to lumineon V.
