What's the point of the 400 code card cap per set?
I don't really see any valid reason to have this code cap implemented. They seem to not want to add microtransactions, they want you to buy packs for codes to use in the game. Attacks that move damage counters are still an attack?
Cresselia's Moonglow reverse cost one energy to use, isn't it an attack? That is the phase it's used No stadium in play. Ambipom's Primate dexterity says if any damage caused by an attack... it does not flip a coin to block the damage. Bug?
