Game start screen constantly blurry and support couldn't help

Hi,
I keep getting Error Code 19006 when trying to launch Pokémon TCG Live. The game starts, but during loading it fails and shows the error.

Things I’ve already tried:

  • Added the game as an exception in Windows Defender and firewall
  • Disabled antivirus / overlays (Discord, GeForce Experience etc.)
  • Updated Windows and GPU drivers
  • Reinstalled the game (including deleting the entire AppData\Local\Pokemon TCG Live folder)
  • Tested with administrator mode and compatibility settings
  • My internet connection is stable, and I also restarted my router

Despite all of this, the game still fails with error 19006. I already contacted the support, but none of the provided solutions worked, and I do not know what else I could try.

Can someone confirm what this error means and how to fix it? Is it a server-side issue, or something I need to change on my PC/network? I do not have a specific set up but somehow I cant find anything online that works which is super weird since I cant be the only one having this issue. Its very frustrating.

    From what I can see its an error meaning the game executable is being blocked from server traffic. You need to allow Windows, your Antivirus, your networks Firewall and any other barrier protection you have access to the IP 45.60.125.52 Based on your network settings (which is not known to me) your PC may even have to be port forwarded for the IP to allow communication. That really shouldn't be required though.
