I agree quite a bit with this one. And you're right about my limited access to older games not allowing me to truly know what my favorite is. If I don't play them all I can't truly say which is the best. I should rephrase it to "based on my knowledge I found this one the best." Also, just something you mentioned in passing (I'm sort of switching topics now, so you can stop reading here if you want) is that a Professor can't be a villain, but I think it would be amazing if one was. They could do an evil team that is capturing and experimenting on Pokemon but no one knows who the boss is. Who better to be the boss than a Professor, who gets a constant stream of Pokémon from trainers and people that trust them. The Professor is able to experiment on so many Pokémon because people send their Pokémon to him. It's literally perfect! Anyways, you're right about the Villains in Pokémon. Giovanni was a Gym Leader. Cyrus literally had a giant building in the middle of a city and nobody did anything, as well as the fact he had TV ads advertising his Team. His name was everywhere. Ghetis was a public speaker (if I remember correctly). Lysander was the leader of a giant, trusted company (once again, if I remember correctly). Lusimene (don't know the spelling. Sun and Moon) was the owner of Ether Paradise (I think it was called) and everyone thought she was a good guy. And then, of coarse, Rose.

In this last one you made, I agree with a lot that you said.

I have played, black & white, also a bit of their 2nd versions, SS and HG, crystal, Brilliant diamond and shining pearl, also some of platinum, and some others with subregions, pokemon mystery dungeon explorers, pokemon rangers(3 different ones) and pokemon conquest, out of all of them Heart Gold is my favorite, even though I started with crystal on a game boy advance color, it was kinda glitchy, I still feel Nostalgic about it but I prefer newer graphics.

Idea: Pokémon Dusk Black and Dawn White! Think of it including more Pokémon from different regions and expanding on the original game a bit. It would be really cool to see the original dragon if they’re not saving that for a Legends game for Unova. If they want to, they could have B2W2 as DLC, base-game, or a completely other thing.

Based on your list, Red/Blue were remade in FireRed/LeafGreen so technically already done. Yellow got "remade" with Let's GO Pikachu/Eevee, with the latter being a what-if take on Yellow in that Blue snatches the Pokéball with Eevee inside. Given that Let's GO updated Gen 1 with the Gen 6+ Type chart, I don't see a reason to do even more Kanto fanservice any time soon.

Same deal with Gold/Silver with HeartGold/SoulSilver and Ruby/Sapphire with OmegaRuby/AlphaSapphire. They may have updated Graphics and few auxiliary differences but at their core they're effectively the same game. The only reason I'd update Gold/Silver is for a Type Chart update(and ONLY for that reason… given the Mega's in Legends-ZA, they may be giving one soon for all we know).

Gen 4 got remade awhile back and while they could have done sooo much more with it, it's effectively an adequate remake. Not perfect by any stretch given how good Platinum was but adequate.

Of those left, Gen 5 and 6 are arguably the two Generations that warrant an update. Gen 5 because they're the last Generation to not get a Type Chart update(Black2/White2 are regarded as one of the best games to date) while Gen 6(X&Y) deserve an update because it's the only Generation where one can argue that the Anime did a far better job than the Games did(seriously). Often read that people wished they did a Pokémon Z or 3rd installment for it and I guess ZA is the closest we'll get.

I personally would like to see Gen 5, 6, 2 and 1 in that order get remakes.

the teraleak from last year did show that they were originally planning a Pokemon z before scrapping it
