Frozen and won’t let me take my turn

I was looking at my opponent’s charizard in play, they played a zerossic over it and it froze me in the looking screen. It then auto discarded for me, ruining my ranked game, and then didn’t let me take my turn otherwise, not letting me exit out of the looking screen

    I experienced before. I was trying to retreat but it frozen and can't let me to switch my bench Pokémon. One thing I only can do is watching the time counting to zero and give my opponent to have one more turn. The experience is sucked.
