How do I remove special energy from the discard pile?

Hello. There is no more supporter card "Roseanne's backup" so how do we get special energy out of the discard pile? Thank you so much. 🙏

    I believe not, unfortunately. Any cards capable of doing that are in Expanded.

    like I feel they should at least allow it for cards like super rod or one that bring it back into the deck.
    putting it back in the hand might be a little too overpowered , esp if it is an ace spec, or double like team rocket energy. Otherwise I think it’s totally fair and shouldn’t be limited to expanded. Maybe if there was some kind of drawback like deal damage to a Pokémon or something else, or even ending a turn. Either way it should happen though.

    yeah they said that back in July. We need something for Standard , like ASAP. Every other card outside of Ace Spec seems to have some Pokemon ability , Support or Item card that’s capable of retrieval
