For the Champion I have given a few hints with him as someone who has lost sight as to what it is to be a trainer that stands alongside his team and simply cares now about being the strongest trainer.
For the moves look at some of the competitive builds that are used for the Pokémon and build the Champion's strategy from those builds.
A small request: add Serperior to the Champion's team. Could work as the final Pokémon between Arlo and the Champion in a duel.

One of my favorite ideas for a champion has been a sort of older guy, but with a child's heart. And a teen's stomach haha.

it was supposed to be written by someone else this wasn’t like the Pokémon forum story where it rotates who wrote it (that really needs to be started up again though it’s hard to do dream chapters) it was where different people wrote different parts with no repeats
