Energy Generation is a joke

Trying to run a deck with two energy types, electric and dark. My deck has 6 dark pokemon and just 2 electric. I just had to concede a battle because I got nothing but electric energy for the entire battle (10 rounds).
Why can’t we set the ratio for energy generation? Or why doesn’t it just alternate? Or why isn’t there an algorithm that takes into account the ratios of each type and energies needed to attack and generate energy based on that? Any of these options would be better than the current RNG option, especially when you consider that RNG is broken across the entire game.

What would be better if an ability/item/supporter/tool any of them to swap the energy in your energy zone with another energy in your energy zone.
This would allow for more strategy while fixing this issue.
I think a Ratio option is nice too but limiting to 30-70, 40-60 , 50-50 and 60-40 and 70-30 ratios only.So even if you chose 70% chance to get that fighting energy and 30% chance to get that water energy and you get that Water energy anyways when you wanted a Fighting Energy, its still not the end of the world you could work with your deck to fix this issue.
Similarly, there should be ability/item/supporter/tool for opponents to disrupt your (their opponents) energy in your energy zone.
I think it would add more depth to the game.0
