Trading - Seeing friends collections

the idea of trading is great, but why can’t you see your friends collections so you can see what they need and vice Versa to make the trades smoother? Is there a plan to introduce viewing friends collections?

Games like this have long-term plan. They just don't release every intention of changes they have in mind publicly.

They already confirmed that Trade Tokens will be removed from the game by the end of this year, however - I would bet they still have to decide on other improvements of trade function, and best system of how to request specific card for trade in-game.

I would hope that they make changes to make trading more accessible. Being able to see other players' collections would be a good start.

Something like a GTS for cards would be fantastic, although I suspect a lot of it would be flooded with "Ratata for Mewtwo ex" tier trades like the days when the feature first debuted.

And the ability to trade higher level rarities and promos is vital to make trading worth much of anything at all.

Unfortunately, the easier it is to aquire cards through alternative means like trading, the less likely we are to buy packs. So the developers are incentivised to drag their feet on these features, if they don't quietly drop them entirely.

I would be very happy to be proven wrong, though.
