Pokémon TCG Live will be offline for maintenance from 16:00 ~ 24:00 (UTC) on November 11, 2025.
The Code Card Redemption Website will also be briefly offline from 16:00 ~ 19:00 during the above maintenance window.

There is constantly a bug where the card is not displayed, it's only a magenta image, making your turn to freeze and not able to do anything. Also there was one time in which the other player "saved me" using Iono, but it created like a secondary deck and it made the thing worst somehow.

Alternatively, you can visit support.pokemon.com, choose Pokémon TCG Live from the list, and click "Contact Us" on the right side of your screen. From there, you can submit a ticket.
