I lost my account reinstalling the app

Can a kind soul please help me? I have more then 3 months playing this game and spent a lot of money in it.
Today, with the trade feature release, my app was very bugged for the first time. So i tried reinstalling the app, when i did that, i tried to login in my account by recovering data but it says that no data is linked to either my Nintendo Account, Apple ID or Gmail. I think i never got to link my account to some type of email.
I didn't delete my save data, i only reinstalled the app. I already sent a ticket to the pokemon company, but i don't know if it's possible to recover my account.
I'm extremely sad losing my account, i love this game and i would be participating in a tournament this weekend :(

Hello! I was careless and lost my account while accidentally deleting the game, no accounts linked, but rest assured.
I GOT IT BACKYou can get your account back by contacting support at https://app-ptcgp.pokemon-support.com/hc/en-us However, here are some things you need to know while making a Transfer Data request.
- Name of the account.
- Name of one binder you have on that account. [Besides Default]
- Name of one deck you have on that account.
- Date you started playing on that account.
- Date you lost access to that account.
- Friend ID of that account.
- Player Level of that account
These others are optional, you can still regain access to your account without giving this information, but it would be good to have it.
- Support ID of that account.
- Name of device you last played on that account. [Provide the name of the new device as well, if you have changed devices since account loss.]
- The OS version of your device.0 -
I recently encountered this same issue with my account. I provided all of the relevant information except for my support ID. Since my app was uninstalled and my account was not linked, I have no way of finding the support ID. Is it possible for my account to be recovered without lnowing the previous support ID? I provided proof of a premium subscription and all of the relevant information asked of my account, but the support team has now asked me twice for the support ID. I will report back if I have any relevant updates.

I did not need a support ID to get back my account. At least through the way I looked for support, they used other ways to prove that you're the owner of the account. E.g. A binder and deck from the lost account, friend ID, date you started playing. If it helps, and you didn't realize sooner, the support ID should show up on the starting page, if you have any photos or screenshots of the staring page, you can look at the top for your ID.
