Personal bias here but I'd like to see Mega Ninetales and for both variants. The +100 stat boost would yield +10 Defense, +70 Special Attack, +20 Speed and +10 Special Defense. The look of its Mega Evolution would be downright awesome with the nine tails that makes Naruto jealous. That along with standardizing Ninetales as a Fairy type(both regional variants) and setting the non-Mega base stats to 524(like it was in Gen 1 with +9-14 SpA and +5-10 SpD) and Ninetales would be a very good Pokémon that sees prominent use.

If we don't get Mega Delphox Z-A will become my second least favourite Pokémon game (my least favourite is BDSP and I don't think they can make anything worse than that).

I think the Kalos starters, Heliolisk, Avalugg, Aurorus, Tyrantrum, and Pangoro are the most likely to get megas.
