Bug with Gallade ex

I was playing one of the solo battles against the Pawnot & Pikachu ex deck. The computer had Pikachu ex as the active pokemon with 2 energy attached and had another Pikachu ex + Pawmot + Pachirisu on the bench. My active pokemon was Gallade ex with 2 energy attached. I attacked with Gallade ex, expecting the attack to inflict 110dmg (70 base dmg + 20 for each energy on Pikachu ex (70 + 20 + 20). However, the attack only did 70dmg. No special trainer/supporter cards had been used and the only special ability was Pawmot’s Counterattack which does 20dmg to the pokemon the attacking pokemon. This is the second time I’ve had this happen.
