Daily Quests

I just got on to do my daily quests and it seems they are not tracking as I have done what was being requested in the quest and have not made any progress towards the quest at all. I was wondering if anyone else was having a similar issue and if there is a fix?

If it is the "Put X pokemon V in play" try with pokemon ex, they updated the mission but not the text.
