Why I am not receiving anything on Daily Rewards?

Several times this week, I have completed the two daily tasks, clicked the "Collect" tabs and received nothing. It plays the music, but the tab stays highlighted like nothing happened. Once you leave the screen and come back, it is on the "Check Back For A New Quest" screen.
I've been shorted about 450 Trainer Points and over 2000 Trade Credits this week.

It's a bug, and it's not just visual... many times battle pass progress points and "crystals" aren't recived at all.

I don't think the Support page is functioning either. I've tried to log in, and it says pick the game in which I need support. I pick TCGLive and it says, Log In. Just a repetitive loop of that.
