Charizard Tera ex is a skill-less deck

Just use PRE Sylveon or Cornerstone Ogerpon EX. Both completely wall the deck and are easy to fit in as backup. I've used both to force a deck-out several times since Tera Char EX players tend to not be the most… thoughtful players.

Personally, the one I'm happy is being rotated out is Regidrago Vstar. Hate that deck, way too power-crept and shows the worst of the S&S reaction to Tag-Team GX power scaling issues.
