One strategy I like is having baxcalibur with icicle spear with held item loaded dice. What loaded dice does it increases chance for icicle spear to hit 4 to 5 times and It works with any move that can hit a certain amount of times. I've never been in vgc competitive play but this is a strategy I like.

I have an imprison, protect, trick room, and u-rurn smeargle. I have a tanky Alolan nanitales with snow warning aurora veil to protect it, and in tight spots I use trick room to take the quick win (No pun intended), and I also have the A-ninetales and Articuno, with ice Tera Articuno choice specs locked into blizzard with snow warning and snow cloak so blizzard always hits so I have a Articuno who is barely hit, and when it is hit, it barely takes damage, and it will just sweep from turn 1, and I have a Galarian weezing with neutralizing gas and a toed scruel with mycilium might so I can move last to see what play my opponent is running *(I also have John Cena the shiny incineroar)
*(That is probably the longest sentence I have ever written)

I run the Tera Electric Miraidon build with Pachirisu (all EVs invested into bulk with Tera Fairy, Super Fang, Helping Hand, Follow Me, Protect, Rocky Helmet, and Volt Absorb), Iron Hands, Electric Seed Farigiraf, Fast Bloodmoon Ursaluna, and Tornadus, giving me an answer to just about everything.
