Please Add More Premium Tickets! (Suggestions Included)

I am a first-time subscriber to the Premium Pass as of this month. I wanted the Pikachu promo and Mewtwo cosmetics, so I bought the promo first thing. Unfortunately, didn’t realize that it’d be impossible to complete the Mewtwo set until it was too late.
For those of you who don’t know, last month’s pass gave you 31 premium tickets. This month’s only has 30, and one of the cosmetic sets (Pikachu or Mewtwo’s coins, playmats, sleeves, etc.) will cost you all 30 tickets. I’m currently one premium ticket short of being able to finish the Mewtwo set and I’m really not happy about it.
I think the devs can fix this by doing one or all of the following:
- Give Premium Pass owners 1 premium ticket a day as a part of their daily gift.
- Give Premium Pass owners more challenges every week or halfway through the season.
- Add premium tickets to the daily mission reward.
I love this game and this is my only problem with it. If we’re paying a premium for this pass, please let us get more tickets to buy the pass-exclusive items. It leaves a bad taste and people will unsubscribe if this continues in following months.

Ran into this exact issue. I didn’t know how any of this worked and now I’m unable to exchange for the mewtwo coin, it’s the last thing in the set I needed, pretty frustrating. :/ It makes me way less motivated to collect in this game. I even considered spending money on this game to purchase other sets but I think it’d bug me in the back of my mind to know that I’ll be missing just one coin. I don’t want to start my account over just for this. An even simpler fix would be to just let you refund some of your premium tickets so you could spend it on items you actually wanted. Super bummed, as a new user.

I'm in the same boat, have 5 tickets and one short of the Mewtwo coin because I bought the promo first because it cost only one ticket and was the first thing I saw.

Same here, I really want the mewtwo coin and I only have 5 tickets. I mean, who didn’t want the pikachu card?? I bought all of the mewtwo stuff because I love mewtwo and wanted everything, but now I can’t get the coin. It’s insane. I went to see if I could buy just one ticket with poke gold and I can’t even do that. I’m really bummed.

I’m in the same boat. I have 11 tickets and I’m only one shy of getting the MewTwo play mat and completing the MewTwo set. I regret getting the Pikachu promo card. I have purchased everything in the gold shop and love collecting all the complete sets. As a paying customer this really makes me not want to even use the premium pass anymore.
Also, there is a large community on Reddit that is experiencing this problem. I don’t think they are going to take the time to come to this forum to post their grievances but it is kinda a wide spread issue. I think a single ticket would really please your customer base and incentivize them to pay for the premium pass. I know that if I could complete this set I would pay for the pass and buy the last two holiday gold packs in the store.

This issue just keeps getting passed forward each month. I would be very grateful for the opportunity to just buy the extra tickets I need - letting premium pass members buy premium tickets for PokeGold (even if it's capped at a small number each month) would help a lot.

This is definitely frustrating, and is also a problem if you miss a single goal. Honestly it seems like a good opportunity for monetization. In general I'm not going to spend much on this game beyond my monthly subscription, but I would be happy to buy/spend PokeGold to get the premium tickets I need. It would be nice to give premium pass members that option!

Although my situation is slightly different (couldn't manage to get the metal pokemon challenge in time), I completely agree with what other players already confirmed.
Now I find myself too in the situation where I'm lacking the last 1 gold ticket to get the last pikachu photo frame I need.0
