Why does it not give me the items it states when levelling up?
Upon leveling up in TCG pocket the game freezes with a white screen whilst the items it claims to give you are at the top right corner but have no pictures next to them and only a grey Pokéball icon. After, the Level X →Level Y animation plays (the one with your profile picture on it)
Then, after checking my hourglass count it did not add the 12 hourglasses that I should have received. I double checked.

That exact issue never happened to me. But right after this new update I didn't receive many rewards as I should… but after restart the game they shown correctly.
Did you try to restart the game and check again if the rewards are there?0 -
@DoubleCure I did restart the game and I double checked the amount of hourglasses I had and it definitely did not increase. I even waited for a while to see if something was still loading but it didn't.

I have contacted support.pokemon.com and they don't really seem to understand my problem. They started talking about the unrelated "From the development team" 12 hourglasses but my 12 hourglasses are from levelling up. Those 12 hourglasses are important to me. Is there anything else I can do to be compensated?
