do you guys think it is ok to leave your pokemon poisoned if its supposed to heal them
would you judge someone for poisoning a pokemon if they said it had poison heal
should pokemon centers have the option to poison your pokemon if they have poison heal

I think it's ethical, unless you remove their ability after they get poisoned. They recover energy when they're poisoned, after all. It's like how feeding Grimer/Muk trash is acceptable because it's safe and edible for them and they like it.

fair points but some areas are still concerning
pokemon centers will cure the poison and if you have high affection the pokemon will still try to cure itself mid battle regardless
and the pokemon will look sad if you leave it poisoned and try to use amie/refresh/camp

If you mean to ask whether it is ethical for a player of the video game to do this, absolutely. It's a game. It's not real.
In universe, I still think it would be justifiable. If we know for a fact it benefits and heals the Pokémon, why wouldn't you? Poisoning in this case is a misnomer. There are medicines vets use that would treat illness in one animal but would poison and kill another.
For that matter, we have treatments for humans that would kill them in other circumstances or with different doses. Surgery is essentially precision stabbing.
So, in short, yes it's fine.

the questions are more to make you think about the bigger question, it's not one yes or no for all of them.
being "ethical" depends on your own personal moral code which is why it's open for you to explain, it seems like the yes voters are more utilitarian/outcome based.
but if you mean for me personally i would find "poison" the status to be objectionable as a whole even if it doesn't hurt them, with how it makes pokemon turn purple and produce bubbles and also increases their catch rate.
