can somebody help me, i want to redeem code from my booster pack that i recently purchase. its my first time and it cant be redeem. thank you

There are two ways to redeem your codes:
-You go to the TCG Live Redeem web page:
Make sure you have login in the site with your game account to be able to enter the code and recive the the packs, etc. ingame.
-You can also redeem directly in the game app:
Login the TCG Live > select Shop button > select the Redeem tab > enter the code or scan it.
