Hello,
II got trouble with the game, because i have duraludon ex3 copy, then i got from gift at level 33, but in my collection card mu duraludon ex only count 3 ( that i alr have) should be 4 and 1 crystal, but my account not get that, so how to solve this?

Not sure I understood correctly your writing it's a bit confusing, but from what I get you have 4 copies of Duraludon ex with different rarities, so to view all of the 4 copies you need to go to the Deck Builder and select that Duraludon then when it's enlarged select the available dropdown, there you will see all your copies.
If I got what you're asking wrong… well, sory but you need to explain it better.
PS. I don't kown why my post got duplicated, I deleted the 1st post content to be less confusing.
