I have submitted a ticket for this problem and all I heard is that my device does not meet "The recomended specifications" and becuase of that they are not able to help me, which, for me, is a laughable answer as recomended are specifications not minimal. So, my phone is good enough to run the game but not good enough to not threat me with seizures?

Ya, I submitted the ticket back then and got the same reply as yours. Our phone model is actually better than the recommendation. Anyway, current fix that I know is try to update our OS and use Android 11. I already posted the solution before so you can refer it if you want.
