Massive Leaks = Delays and consequences for Leakers

The oxford language dictionary defines villain as quote "In a film, novel, or play: a character whose evil actions or motives are important to the plot."
Now we have the definition for evil - "profoundly immoral and wicked"
Now datamining is easily immoral, we can all agree on this but it isn't wicked, in this case the dataminers most likely aren't doing it out of malicious intent, but more so being fans, and wanting news.
Additionally what constitutes as evil? I define it as horrible and psychotic ways of thinking and acting not just trying to ruin a day, but instead an entire life.

Now datamining is easily immoral
Explain.
Illegal ≠ immoral (although many acts that would widely be considered immoral are also often illegal.)
Nintendo don't like it ≠ immoral

In a word for confidential files shouldn't be stored in personal data to avoid any further trouble. Yes!

Datamining is hacking a company or whatever to find files and information that shouldn't have been released to the public. In this specific case pictures and names of workers were released to the public.

That's not datamining. Data mining is looking into the files of a piece of software.

Alright, sorry, but my point kinda still stands.

I've never heard Datamine refer to stealing people's information. I only ever see people using it with the meaning of looking into the game's code.

Just like Leak Culture, Dataminers are not only immoral but also illegal in more ways than one.
