I can't see the player Id that I already got, it says I need a new playerID

I was making an account for my little cousin, then generated the playerid, it showed me the number but when I went back to that page it said he didn't have an Id and that he needed a new one so when I wento to generate a new one the page had "player.has.op" and wouldn't let me progress. I have a print screen of the id if that'd help

@maraozinho Please, could you tell me where it says that he doesn't have a Player ID, you might have to put the Player ID in where it is saying that he doesn't have one.

There isn't a place for him to put the playerID, when he tries to ask to be assigned an Id it says

"player.has.op"

Huh, are you sure that he hasn't already been assigned one and it is just bugging out and having you try again?

Otherwise, you might have to try to delete the account (if possible and there is no progress so far) and try again.
