I can't see the player Id that I already got, it says I need a new playerID
I was making an account for my little cousin, then generated the playerid, it showed me the number but when I went back to that page it said he didn't have an Id and that he needed a new one so when I wento to generate a new one the page had "player.has.op" and wouldn't let me progress. I have a print screen of the id if that'd help

@maraozinho Please, could you tell me where it says that he doesn't have a Player ID, you might have to put the Player ID in where it is saying that he doesn't have one.

There isn't a place for him to put the playerID, when he tries to ask to be assigned an Id it says
"player.has.op"

i had a similar issue and solved it by entering https://club.pokemon.com/uk/pokemon-trainer-club/play-pokemon/ - this magically revealed my pokemon play id, and also allowed me to finish setting my play pokemon account up. hope this helps
