How out of all the pokemon, Murkrow is a good one in pokemon scarlet and violet competitive?

It was also originally designed to be a fully evolved Pokemon because Honchkrow didn’t exist until Gen 4.

Oh, and Honchkrow has Moxie instead of Prankster as its hidden ability.
