(Scarlet and Violet) Does anybody know how a sandwich becomes one star?

It's not important for anything, I'm just curious.

I randomly remembered the time I made a sandwich, but it was only one star and didn't give me any Meal Powers, and started wondering how the game decides that.
I think it's from having too many of one ingredient, but I'd like something more specific if possible.

    according to the sandwich simulator website code it's from putting about >12 pieces of an ingredient
