I got a question and a concern.
Hi. Been around tcgo since 2015. Yesterday i contacted support cause i thought my account got hacked. turns out im an idiot and gave them the wrong email, but what happened next was kinda shocking. I remember back in high school making another account for my friend who is actively serving our country back in high school around the same time. so i used one of my other email. yesterday for the first time in almost 10 years i was informed that having multiple accounts is apparantly part of tos. Last night i was told to delete the other account. I refused because i think her name was Alessia told me to basically steal my friends account and delete it. I keep try to explain to them that its not my account and that i have 0 access to it, but Alessia is insisting i steal the account and delete it. When i mentioned that the person who owns the account is on duty serving our country, they just stopped responding and told me i will not be able to receive help in the future over an account that isn't even mine. i told the support 5 times what my main credentials were, and its like support doesn't even read your messages. Is there anyway a support mod on here can give me a date on when having 2 accounts was a rule in tos cause me and my friend were kids back then. we have 0 idea. Another question is will this account be suspended or terminated? ive been using it for almost 10 years. i play tcg live on twitch as its what i use to make an honest living. I genuinely do not wanna lose this account over something me and my friend both didn't know. he even told me he might delete his account that hes built up almost 10 years ago to stop this drama but i told him not to. i need a reliable mod on here to give me some advice on what to do cause we want to comply with tos, but at this moment when support tells me to steal, thats when you cross the line

@Savage101 I hate that you're going through this. I understand completely what you're saying and trying to do. I have no words of advice and just want to offer support because I know it's hard to get things done when there is no communication. I hope things get worked out for you. Best of luck friend.
