How would you buff your favorite pokemon to be viable in vgc?

My favorite is gallade, who's already pretty viable, so maybe a speed buff from 80 to 120 could make him one of the main good mons.

    Give Delphox judgement, type-changing, a Hyper Beam with no bad side effects that can burn the foe, etc.

    I'd give Popplio final-stage stats, Nasty Plot, STAB Surging Strikes, Dragon Hammer (because why not), and Scald. And also Parting Shot.

    Umbreon already sees some niche play as a supporting mon, maybe give it prankster to make it better?

    I would buff beheeyem not enough people know him and with a buff he could be known by way more people

    I don’t know how maybe give it intimidate and a move that has 100% confusion rate with a 10% chance of also causing sleep
