"You conceded"

Dear Pokemon TCG Live Developers,

I recently had an issue while playing a game on your platform. During the middle of a game, a message popped up on my screen saying “you conceded” and then the game was automatically won by the other player. I would like to report this issue as it was not an intentional move on my part. I would like to receive a response regarding what steps can be taken to resolve this issue, as I am concerned that it could happen again in the future.
