Bouffalant attack not sending energy to lost zone

I attacked with bouffalant while have 2x double turbo energy attached to my bouffalant, my opponents charmelion with 2x fire energy’s attached. The attack did 10 damage but did not force my opponent to lost zone either of the energies.

    Was the Charmeleon in question from Paldean Fates? If it was then the Charmeleon’s Flare Veil Ability would prevent Lost Headbutt’s Energy-to-Lost Zone effect from applying.
