I got no extra credits for all my stuff on ptcgo, I've noticed people automatically get a certain amount of crystals and credits to start without migrating and a free lugia deck without having played in the past. I lost all my extra packs and cards with 0 extra credits or crystals and I have no lugia deck

    The lugia reward was only between november and january

    To submit a support ticket, go to support dot pokemon, then pokemon tcg live, then contact us at the bottom of the page.

    I have tried everything to get my vivillian medals to show up! My wife has access to them, so I know exactly where to look & what I'm looking for! I've gotten notifications that medals were earned, but they can't be found! I've even deleted Pokemon Go & reloaded it through the app store, nothing! The only difference between my wife & I is that I used to have an Android, but now use an iPhone. Couldn't see medals on Android & now not on iPhone either!

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

    Hello, today I bought the Pokemon 2023 World Championships deck: Colorless Lugia. I already redeemed my code but it is not showing up in my app, for example, when I check in "decks" for the 2023 deck it is not there. I did not get anything.

    With the World Championship Decks, the code does not get you the cards. Only the coin, sleeve & deck box.
