No I am not. It does seem you are right. I was going by the initial reports from people claiming it did desync both, but it looks like other people have been able to reproduce it otherwise. I will stop saying as such now since there seems to be proof otherwise now. The limited functionality of the forum makes it impossible to go back to change my previous messages with the new information, and I tend to read back from oldest posts to newest so I didn't see those other messages until after.
I do think it is unfair to blame people for "exploiting" without proof, especially when the information previously stated otherwise, but it does appear that is the case now.

i think it’s a combination of things. i think some people are intentionally closing out of the app but part of it is after 30 seconds with the app not open it freezes.

I agree that cards such as Fusion Strike Energy which are likely causing the current issues should be temporarily banned. However, I do not agree with naming and shaming players who are using the deck. Whilst some are obviously aware of what they are doing, there are others who could potentially be unaware of the issues.
