Because no one else has 80 ladder peaks, no one else has achieved 100% GXE on four different accounts across three different tiers, and no one else has achieved anything even remotely close to as impressive as win-loss records of 48-0, 50-0, 55-0, 61-0, 203-21, and 209-17 across six different tiers.

Believe what you want. But in reality, winning Worlds is an overrated concept, as there is almost no difference between the amount of skill needed to win Worlds and the amount of skill needed to make it to Worlds only to be eliminated in the very first round. This is because the vast majority of what makes winning Worlds impressive is the battles one has to fight in order to make it to Worlds in the first place, because that is where a player actually has to deal with the law of large numbers (a concept that is inextricable from the very idea of competitive Pokémon itself). After someone has made it to Worlds, it does not matter whether whether or not he wins enough battles in order to win Worlds, as the sample size in Worlds simply isn't enough to decide who is better than who, since Pokémon is a game that has so much RNG and general variance in it.
