Error Code 10011 (Cannot Login)

Tried everything including:

Clear cache, No VPN, Time zone is correct. Reinstalled 5 times, Tried using Iphone 14 pro newest IOS with newest TCG Live update. No anti-virus on Mac Pro, Native language is English, Wifi is strong, Contacted support team with tickets pending. Issue happened after newest 3/19/24 update.

What's so frustrating is hundreds/thoudsands of my secret rare cards/special illustration rare cards and coins and gems is in my main account are locked and I can't login. I have to use common cards to play in a 2nd profile that I recently created with no way to buy the cards I need in this brand new account. Right after the new rotation…Unbelievable.

If the support team is reading this, please fix my account. I have already created a support ticket with a few "Agents" that are all saying the same thing: We appreciate your patience as our team is works to find a resolution….we will update you.."

Has anyone else can't login to your account with error code 10011?
