Bug with reward

in Pokémon TCG LIVE Bugs & Feedback #1

I pass the step at 400pts and than that show me I won 200 Pink crystal 1000 token rainbow and some piece of gold and after I press the collect all, I dont have the reward in my inventory. After I reach the 500 pts I have the same problème, it show me a reward who I collect but doesnt show in my total of my currency...

    Same problem here.. Can't collect the 1st step rewards, and I'm at step3 now, still can't collect 1st step rewards..

    I not getting the rewards for level upgrade. I was at 25 during the last update now I am at 29. I noticed I have not gotten any rewards. It not getting collected at all. I am sure that this is now a bug.

    Already rewards in general is not good. But I am getting rob of my rewards 😔. Please fix this
