Pokemon Go Crash

I used a samsung galaxy a13 with the recently updated pokemon go app, it keeps crashing down on me every single time. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app in an attempt to report the bug but it keeps crashing down before I get the chance. What is niantic doing to try and fix all of this. I even tried resetting the phone but the end result is the same. What in the world was Niantic doing and they're not planning to fix my little issue are they?

    Same for me it's been down 3 days haven't been able to get on at all.

    If you turn off location and get on, it should work. You will only be able to send/receive gifts and get your field research stamp (if ya have them stacked). But once you turn on location it will crash again

    I sent an bug report to Niantic and they responded with a useless suggestion...close the app and force it to stop in your phone's settings....really?!

    These people must be asleep at the wheel....watch them increase in-game prices for shotty product and service.....

    I use the same phone model and its also happening to me. like i don't wanna lose my catch streak and also sprigatito is reapearing and i dont wanna miss my chance i really need then to get a meowsrada
