How can I get the Pokemon Untie Icons?

I've never played Pokemon Unite and I don't really plan to any time soon but I was wondering how I could get the Unite icons, Wooper Quilava and Steelix are pokemon I like but the unite icons are cooler, is it a thing that you can't get anymore or unlockable?
